We are well into January now and hopefully you are full of energy and optimism for the coming year.
For those of you who feel who feel you might need support Biodynamic therapies can help.
It is the beginning of a new year and it’s the time we start to think about setting goals for ourselves.
It can be good to look back and see what progress you have made and decide on changes you want to make.
When looking back it can be good to focus on what you did achieve rather on what you didn’t as this can lead to negativity that can spiral out of control.
It is okay not to have accomplished everything you wanted to, and allow yourself that luxury. You can look at why you haven’t accomplished your goals, and when you acknowledge that changes need to be made then it can happen.
Difficult Work situations
These situations affect every workplace it is all about how you handle them. Conflict is normal, accept it and try not to get emotionally involved.
The situation can be caused by a difficult boss or colleague, or simply office politics.
If a work situation is upsetting you, look at it objectively by talking it through with a therapist, a neutral person.
In doing this you can get clarity and have support for you.
You have decided to lose some weight this year. You start off on January 1st with great intentions and by the end of the first week they may have conveniently gone to the back of your mind.
Feelings of uselessness and guilt can take over and distort your thinking. This can be explored and you may have “a light bulb moment “about why you overeat.
It can be emotional, or physical and health related. When this is clear for you, then you have choices and this can be empowering.
You can be dissatisfied in some of your relationships.
You may not feel heard in friendships, a fiery relationship with your teenager or a partner that you feel doesn’t support you.
This can be a very lonely place. You may think everyone else is fine so I’ll just get on with it.
Doing this will not help your overall health.
Having a biodynamic treatment can bring clarity and relief, and the biodynamic massage can bring release, be nourishing and help the gut to process and eliminate the effects of stress.
