"Biodynamic therapy has given me back confidence in myself after dealing with a difficult family member. After a session I feel free from worry and anxiety and can see things with much more clarity. I feel I have less emphasis on pleasing others with a need to stand up for myself.  I am able to let go of the negative effect difficult people have on me.

During my treatment I experience a feeling of release, almost electric. I feel the pent up stress leaving my body. It’s a real physical feeling. I was a real sceptic but I can say this feeling gives me wonderful freedom from my worries."
